Winter activity guide in Rovaniemi (6.11.2017 –  1.4.2018)
This job is meant for those who love working outdoors and sharing stories with other people. The challenge is to please and entertain our guests in Arctic weather conditions and make it a memorable experience for them. If your confidence and charm can handle it, you can handle anything! Front Desk Specialist (6.11.2017 – 1.4.2018)
We are hiring a Front Desk Specialists to work in the Front Desk of the safari office, located in the Santa Claus Village, Arctic Circle. The work is related to customer service including selling the tour products.
We expect you to be smart, responsive, independent, customer service and marketing orientated. You should also be skilled with computers and other technological devices, possessing at least B driving license, a hygiene passport and alcohol passport is seen as an advantage.
Finnish and English are the working languages, all others are your advantage.

Seasonal trainee in Rovaniemi (6.11.2017 – 1.4.2018)
Wild Nordic is offering trainee programs for the international student based in Rovaniemi. Training period is available during the period mentioned above and for the following areas:
– Safari office at the Arctic Circle: customer service, activity preparations and assistance
– Safari office at the Arctic Circle: snowmobile maintenance
– Arctic Circle Wilderness Lodge (Vaattunki): restaurant services
– Arctic Circle Wilderness Lodge (Vaattunki): restaurant kitchen
– Arctic Circle Wilderness Lodge (Vaattunki): customer service assistance
We expect you to be smart, responsive, independent, customer service and marketing orientated. Finnish and English are the working languages, all others are your advantage.
Please note: minimum period for traineeship is 80 hours.
