Our office is located 8 kilometers north from Rovaniemi city center, in Santa Claus Village.
In most of the cases our visitors get picked up by our safari transfers, but if you are planning to arrive by yourself, have a look at the options below.
Please note that Wild Nordic Finland operates in two separate buildings in Santa Claus Village: the safari office (address Joulumaantie 10) and Santa’s House of Snowmobiles (address Pukinpolku 6). Unless noted otherwise, the safari office is the place where you should arrive for safaris and any other bookings.
Arrival by car
The address set to your navigator should be Joulumaantie 10.
If you’re approaching from Rovaniemi city center, drive along the road number 4 (E75) towards Ivalo and Sodankylä for 8 kilometers. You will be passing SantaPark – another popular destination – on the way, and after a while you’ll inevitably spot Santa Claus Village on the right side of the road. Turn right into the village and then take an instant left. After 100 meters you’ll reach a parking lot from which you will be able to spot our two-storey office.
If you’re arriving to Santa Claus Village from the north, take the first left turn when you see a green/blue Neste gas station on your right, turning on Pukinpolku road. After this take an instant right and continue for 100 meters until you reach a bigger parking lot where you can leave your vehicle.
You can park your vehicle free of charge on the parking area.
Please note that no heating possibilities for vehicles are provided.
Arrival by bus
The public bus number 8 drives between Rovaniemi city center and Santa Claus Village daily. The route goes via SantaPark. You can check time timetable from here.
