As such, we provide out staff with fair salaries, follow all Finnish employment laws and regulations, educate our personnel and practice inclusive hiring practices; regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or nationality.

We train our staff to be iron-clad professionals, with our values shining through in our well-executed and thorough training program. At the start of the season, each employee completes an in-depth training program to provide them with the skills and knowledge that they will require to complete their tasks and serve our customers to the very best of their abilities. Continued training is provided throughout the season, with all staff being kept up to date with new regulations, products and guidelines. At Wild Nordic, we make sure to provide the needed tools and support to all of our employees, in order to be the best at what we do. Commitment to Quality, Adherence to Industry Standards
We work closely with the Finnish authorities and the locations within which we operate in order to keep our knowledge up to date. This means adhering to current laws and regulations, ensuring a smooth experience on the trails! Our guides are also trained in accordance to the guidelines and regulations set forth by the Snowmobile Guide Association Finland. We also operate modern and more efficient snowmobiles in an effort to lessen our emissions and decrease the impact on the environment. All of our safaris are carefully planned and executed to safeguard our environment, including driving only on legal tracks and routes, planning routes as to not disturb animals, taking other operators into consideration, and respecting those in the local community.
We are also very active in the snowmobile community; maintaining our tracks and working together with other companies to ensure good relations with the local community and its residents. Wild Nordic Finland’s reputation proceeds itself as being a highly-regarded tour operator with local, Finnish knowledge of snowmobile enthusiasts and experts.

In order to ensure that future generations can enjoy the wonder of the environment that we call home, we have committed ourselves to being good stewards to the environment by forwarding the ideals of sustainable tourism and travel.
We have reported upon and submitted our efforts for certification from Sustainable Travel Finland and Biosphere, among others, in an effort to prove that our words and action align in unison.

Wild Nordic Finland is committed to making great efforts towards sustainability in the field of tourism. We are committed to training our staff on the benefits of sustainability, we create agreements and alliances with partners that favor sustainable practices and we prioritize the use of new technologies to assist us in operating in a more sustainable manner.
