This visit takes you to Santa’s private office in Santa Claus Village. The highlight of your tour will be a private meeting with Santa Claus in person. Payment and Cancellation terms:

Santa Claus Office express pass and Santa Claus Office Christmas express pass, Santa Claus Office products in Rovaniemi.

100% of the total amount of the reservation is due 40 days prior to the first tour or service. Exception: For bookings that are fully or partially operated in December, 100% of the total amount will be due upon reservation to confirm the booking.
For each full or partial cancellation made 35 or more days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee of 10 % for each cancelled portion will be charged.
For each full or partial cancellation made 34-17 days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee 50% for each cancelled portion will be charged.
For each full or partial cancellation made 16-0 days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee 100% for each cancelled portion will be charged.
