Payment and Cancellation terms: Dream of Joulukka – Visit to Santa’s Secret Command Center, Santa’s Toy Factory and  Private Gingerbread Masterclass with Santa Claus in Rovaniemi

(total or partial cancellation of the booking or move of the booking by the customer)

• 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due 75 days prior to the first tour or service. Exception: For bookings that are fully or partially operated in December, 100% of the total amount will be due upon reservation to confirm the booking.
• For each full or partial cancellation made 71 or more days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee of 10 % for each cancelled portion will be charged.

• For each full or partial cancellation made 70-46 days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee 50%  for each cancelled portion will be charged.

• For each full or partial cancellation made 45-31 days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee 80% for each cancelled portion will be charged.

• For each full or partial cancellation made 30-0 days prior to the tour, a cancellation fee 100% for each cancelled portion will be charged.
